At Story Construction Co., we are dedicated to the continual improvement of the
construction process. One extremely important component is the safety awareness
at all locations. Through commitment and teamwork we continually strive for compliance
with all applicable standards and regulations that pertain to the building process.
We constantly work with our employees, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure a
safe productive working partnership. |

Training |
In order to ensure we are compliant with all federal, state, and local codes and
standards, we maintain a training program for our management staff. We also have
a full-time Safety Coordinator who provides field support to our superintendents
and crews. This allows us to maintain a strong written safety program, provide employee
orientation training, and conduct random site reviews to ensure compliance.

are active in associations dedicated to producing safe working areas. Currently,
we are members of the Master Builders of Iowa, Associated Builders and Contractors
