This new 22,005 sq. ft. fitness center has exercise areas with cardio equipment, free-weight equipment, and selectorize weight equipment. Also incorporated is a 1,600 sq. ft. aerobic room, a 4-lane swimming pool, a nursery and kid’s gym, offices and conference rooms. The men’s and women’s locker rooms have custom wood lockers and each has a steam room and a sauna.
In addition to the fitness center areas, McFarland Clinic has an area to provide physical therapy services and Leedz Salon has an area that provides hair styling and spa services.
Most of the building is structural steel framing with steel joist and metal deck. The pool area has load-bearing block walls with a precast plank roof structure. The exterior of the building is a combination of brick (three colors) and cast stone panels. Most of the roof is a ballasted EPDM system with a metal roof covering the main entrance.
